To cite a table in a reference entry in APA style 6th edition include the following elements:
Author(s): Give the last name and initials (e. g. Watson, J. D.) of up to seven authors with the last name preceded by an ampersand (&). For eight or more authors include the first six names followed by an ellipsis (…) and add the last author's name.
Year of publication: Give the year in brackets followed by a full stop.
Title of the webpage: Only the first letter of the first word and proper nouns are capitalized.
URL: Give the full URL of the web page including the protocol (http:// or https://).

How to do an in-text citation for a table in APA
Each table needs to be numbered in the order in which they appear in the document e.g. Table 1, Table 2 and you can refer to the table in-text as follows:
The anti-cancer effect of the extract was elevated upon combining with L-theanine (see Table 1., for anti-cancer effects in vitro and in vivo).
How to do a table note in APA
A table note should be included below the table to denote that the table has been reproduced from another source. The word “Note” should be italicized.
